Prerequisites:
Jailbreak
iFile
Flappy Birds

Use iFile to go into the Flappy Birds app folder.
If you don't know how to do that, read the spoiler.

Spoiler:

Open iFile and click the settings icon in the bottom left. Then click file manager and make sure "Application Names" are turned on.

Click done then navigate to /var/mobile/Applications

Go into the Flappy Bird folder and click on Flap.app

Then rename atlas.png to atlas.pngbkp

Pick one of the stylesheets below

Save the one you want to camera roll.

Open a new window in iFile and navigate to /var/mobile/Media/DCIM/100APPLE

Scroll to the bottom and copy the last image downloaded; assuming that's the stylesheet.

Go back into the Flappy Birds Folder window in iFile.

Paste the style sheet. Click the "i" button and rename it to "atlas.png' with no caps.

Close Flappy Bird from multitasking and it will be custom stylesheet when you play now.

Now you can show off to your friends.

I don't currently have access to my android device, but if you can find where the flappy data is stored, you should be able to replace the stylesheet.

I'd imagine the stylesheets different though, since the screen sizes and everything varies on Android.
