There were signs that he and his brother were about to go apeshit.
Unfortunately, no attention was drawn to that fact until after the bombings.
FBI profilers otherwise would've spotted the potential long before it became a horrendous reality.
P.S.-The remaining brother who still remains loose was wounded by a gunshot in the second firefight after his older brother was killed.
