There will be five slots for member entrance and there will be another five slots for the lottery. This means there will not be a guaranteed winner, as lotteries don't.

The numbers will be drawn on http://Random.org for a winner. (1-10) The number 7 of the lottery is a jackpot in which the winner takes home 1500 credits. (I will provide those 500 credits.)
