Creating email using domain already taken. 03-20-2023, 06:46 PM

Is it possible to make an email with a domain that’s already in use? I lost access to my Snapchat which had the email of school email linked and o left school years ago so the school deleted our emails. Really want the account back. Or sooof an email address to receive a verification code to my old Snapchat account? Sounds dodgy but honestly it’s for an innocent reason 🫠

I am not aware of such a method. Luckily, I'm sure if there is a way, you would find an answer here.
Since the mail address doesn't exist, if the mail is sent to the server it should probably be dumped into a specific email address where all the junk goes. I'd say your best chance would be to either make a friend with who ever checks those emails, or just ask them to simply pass it on to you when they receive it.
If your intentions are truly as innocent as you say, I'm sure that person won't mind.
Your other option would be to contact Snapchat technical and explain to them the problem. I have re-gained access to many accounts by just contacting their technical support.
Best of luck, hope you manage.

Contacted Snapchat asking them to remove the block on my account as I don’t have access to the email anymore and they said they can’t without me verifying the email. I mens the accounts in my name etc
Try to keep in mind, from their perspective, you could be anybody trying to gain access to the account which explains their hesitation.
You say that you have lost access to that email address years ago. Have you also lost your access to Snapchat years ago or was it quite recently? The reason I ask is, if you read
this on their website where they explain their account removal process, you will see they only keep accounts for up to 60 days after instructed to be removed. That being said, I do not know how long they keep an account when it is locked or blocked.
If Snapchat support is unwilling to assist, I might suggest asking the school to have the email address re-created temporarily.
Again, I hope you succeed in what you are trying to achieve and I apologize for not being of more assistance.
