I just got the Pfizer one a few hours ago. No side effects asides from a stiff arm yet. We'll see how I'm feeling tomorrow.

That's cool, still waiting for an appointment on my end. Were you able to choose what type of vaccine to get? Pfizer so far has good trial results compared to AstraZeneca.

No choice. Most people in my region are getting Pfizer or Moderna. AstraZeneca and J&J seem to be less common.

My brother got vaccinated yesterday morning, and no side effects thus far.

I'll follow suit sometime this week.

My grandpa was given Astrazenca a couple of weeks ago and he seems fine, although I've been reading some crazy shit about AZ and people dying from it. I guess it's a game of luck at this point, can't even choose which one I'll get.

There's an extremely rare issue associated with blood clots. In fact, most vaccines people take throughout their lives can cause exactly the same thing, and in some cases, have far worse risks. While risks are nothing to be laughed at, Covid is far more dangerous. I think it's mostly an issue whereby these vaccines have been in the media, and so more drama comes from every scrap of information about them. It's understandable, but a few moments searching online for better information will tell you everything you need xD

I myself have had Pfizer. I felt like my arm had been punched a few times (seems to be one of the most common issue) but that goes away after a few days. I did feel sick the following day: Drowsy, momentary dizziness, brief moments of nausea, but I was able to work all day with it and was ok. I felt 90% better by the next day.

Ah I hadn't seen that info that all vaccines do that. If that's the case, it should be said more since so people aren't scared into not taking it because of it.

we have a deficit of vaccines in our country and also only people above 45 years are given vaccines.

My grandfather yes he did , but he died after 1month , they tell us that he died from an heart attack
