Court Cases (US) #1
Does anyone know if there is some way I can get my hands on court transcripts (Probate and Family Court) if I am not a party. To my understanding it is a public trial (post-COVID public trial means zoom hearings) but only thing I managed to find is court docket with names of parties/attorneys, dates and list of filed documents. I was wandering if there is a way to get more detailed view into the case.

It's all stored on court servers. That's all I can say. You need to be a lawyer and file a form to request documents or contact a lawyer to do it for you and you need a reason other than curiosity. You can FOIA documents but they won't be available to you without reason.

Dammit, I was hoping there was some kind of student/academic point of entry that wouldn't bite me in the wallet. Oh well, thank you for the answer all the same.
