You might want to explain a little about what this is for those that don't know. I for one am not sure what this is. A release of the v2 of HackForums? I have no clue.

I've only ever used the theme in there (blackreign) but there are plugins in there too. It's the theme and plugin setup from H"a"c"k for"ums
