Okay so i have really slow internet barely 1 megabyte per second and i downloaded visual community 2015 and sometime while i was gone the file corrupted is there any special way to fix the corrupt file or do i have to re-download? it would take up to four hours to redownload

What you mean Is 1 "Megabit" per second. In general terms, megabyte Is used for storage and megabit Is the measure/transfer of speed.

Anyhow, If the file Is a result of a corrupted download (premature download), then unless you can resume the download, you'll need to go through the entire process again.
