I have never been to a convention I guess I am just not a public kind of person, I do want to go to.

I do want to go to blade show 2016 but they are holding that in Georgia but I don't know if that would be considered a convention.

The only way to become a "public kind of person", is to go out more. If you're going to a convention for something you enjoy/love, it shouldn't be all that hard. Tongue

I just never been the social/public type I won't even go to stores such as Walmart until 12 AM when there is very little people in the store.

And I like knives thats about the only thing I like about bladeshow.

I think Oni is right though. When I was younger my parents evenings consisted of my teachers telling me to look up when I'm walking and not at the ground and they gave me goals to try and make at least 1 friend a week. Now I'm a relatively confident public speaker and enjoy big events (minus the pushing and shoving in crowds). Although, baby steps is the way to do it. That's taken me 10 years.
