You will definitely want to clear your browser data.

Are we no longer using hex colors? Twas a very easy thing for when my colors/background reset and I could just google a Hex Code. Not to mention with the new color slider on mobile I have to set the color, save it, refresh my page, before i’m even able to view the change.

Will there be a brightness setting?

I used the hex codes all the time. Theres also no brightness setting.

Due to the intricacies of using CSS for hue/saturation shift, brightness isn't possible. You can remember the H/S values, which are just as easy to interpret and there should be a preview when you select. The plus side is that this is much more efficient than using PHP and icons are recolored properly (which wasn't the case before). When it comes to these things, it can sometimes be one step forward and two steps back.
