So what have you guys noticed about College life? Is it really still highschool in a new place?
Personally, I've noticed that socially, it seems to be more or less the same. I can say however that I am much more impressed with the overall care that the professors give although necessary considering I'm paying for it. Resources are actually pretty decent where I am albeit a nicer two year college.

I don't have any certifications nor have I ever attended college, but I can speak for friends who have.
Although they say It's pretty Intense at times, they do In fact enjoy their learning experience- Inclusive of both the lecturers and the availability of resources. To the contrary of school, they speak quite highly of college.

I love college, the experience is way better then highschool, I'm actually learning things that matter to me, I've also met a lot of cool people, it's awesome talking to other computer science majors about projects we are working on

Well
Here in England, secondary school (11-16) has people who are attending school because they have to. This leads to people being disruptive in class and other annoying behaviours thinking that they are cool (in my experience anyway)
But when it comes to sixth form/college(I am not here just yet, but I have had a few days as taster sessions) people tend to be much more willing to study(as they went through the hassle of applying and everything) Because of this, college/sixth form is a much more enjoyable experience In my opinion.
