Cold showers are godly, however I do vary between hot and cold. I mean, who doesn't love hot showers? Tongue
I'm back.

I will agree with the "Immunity to cold generally." part, because I generally dont feel cold. I have been a spoilt brat, and I still am!

When people say cold shower, I wonder how cold is cold, and how cold does it need to be to see health benefits. In the summer time I can take cold showers no problem, but in the winter it is a bit harder. So I wonder if temperature differential plays a factor in receiving the health benefits?

Well, when we say cold show we mean that you turn the switch(or how should I call the water temperature regulator) of the shower completely to the cold side. Furthermore the most important thing to see health benefits with cold showers is to take cold showers FOREVER, when you will start taking cold showers you must never return to hot showers. Then doing this will conclude to almost every benefit I showed on the thread.

I have to admit that your post was much interesting, maybe the most interesting post about the topic here. Well done.
