A Driver's License Is (In my locality) considered as "the" most valuable point of ID. If It were to fall In the wrong hands or any employee at the company simply has malicious Intent, the license holder's Identity can easily be assumed. However, for authentication and verification purposes, sometimes It's a mandatory measure to provide It.
