Wanted to make a clan. Bought the charter. Just need 1-2 people for it. Any interest? I'd be happy to give anyone that signs the charter 1M gold.

Its RS3 right? I might be able to hop on tomorrow to sign on for it, but might not be able to participate actively until I get my new PC.

I would do it without hesitation but I currently am having trouble getting on and staying on runescape.
