City and the Pyramids - Environment Concept Art (WIP)

So I am learning how to digitally painting. I am working on some concept art of a City in the middle of nowhere by pyramids(if that makes sense). This is just a simple thumbnail.
I will be posting more often on the works I make so you guys can follow along my journey of artistically growth!

I still need to improve my ideas of concepts such as perspective, VALUES, compositions, etc. and find my own way of painting.

Unfortunately that will probably not happen.
I made a new one. Scrapped the old because I didn't like the way I approached it. So I made a new one.

How can i start learning this? This seems really neat and fun to do!

Well I use photoshop and a Wacom Bamboo.
I guess start you can look at some videos of people painting or talking about Composition, Values and such.
I did a rough sketch to show what I want to make. Then I block in basic stuff (some lecture vids should tell you about that.)
Also look for what style and way of going about painting suits you.

Still have a looooong way to go. But I will keep updated in the Graphic section so people can see my progress.
