I wonder If they'll do the same with those In a governmental role. I'm sure not everyone will have an acceptable score.

A cute little score card isn't a proper solution to their problem.

Imo, It's a horrible idea.
It assumes that past actions cannot be turned around and past bad behavior can't change.
Kinda like how we treat drug users.

Instead of supporting them and giving them a chance to crawl out of their hole, We push them in deeper and take benefits away from them, Shun them, etc. . .

China collapse in 2020?

Has anyone here been to China or know China's politics? Without control China would not be where they are and the mindset is completely different to the western world. When living in China as a student and listening to their views (I personally don't agree with ) I accept that it is necessary to have control. Many Chinese are farmers and uneducated, they exploit and constantly think about money, respect, pride etc.
The young ones are the future and this is a way to wean out all the bad in such a large country and besides, majority actually welcomes the credit system as they get benefits. In the end, most people don't commit crime or do wrong in general so they see this as a benefit.

Another way to look at it (exempting human rights) it CAN help rape, theft, burgulary, killings, abuse etc. It's solid evidence you can't deny and it's safer for females esp in some countries. So should we give up our rights for the protection of human trafficking, child abduction, rape, abuse, anti social behaviours? If our internet is monitored would it reduce child sexual abuse purely for enjoyment? If these people were our relatives? Would we support it or is it just as "wrong"? Will I give up my freedom for others?

I mean I don't act out of order in public ever so I don't see a difference however monitoring what I do online, buy, eat etc. I'm not too sure.

There's pros and cons to everything in life.

First impression, a very rough policy.
But if a financial support system is also created, then perhaps it can be of some benefit, but if they see the failing they would revoke it or change some aspects of this policy.
They lifted 500 million out of poverty, i am hoping they have a financial support system in place also.
And i highly doubt it would have higher impact on the low sect income class, but definitely foreigners and companies.
But if this also includes loans from banks, then it would be borderline and benefit some and others not so much.
