I'm in need of some cheap offshore VPS hosting.

Requirements:

• Price under $7 monthly.
  
• Ram + VSwap = Around 500MB
  
• If possible, more on the side of the actual ram.
  
• Supports TUN/TAP
  
• Accept BTC
  

It should also be hosted in Iceland, Norway, Netherlands, Switzerland, or Romania.

DigitalOcean have the ability to host from Netherlands, if you're planning to not do something hardcore, this would be a good choice.

This looks like an awesome host but I'm sorry, I should've specified that they'd have to be able to accept BTC. DigitalCloud require me to link a credit card.
