Hello! As I've been recently on a forum, I found a Cipher Puzzle, and also found that whoeverÂ

Hint: AES is used as a 'second layer'. The key is really obvious and all IVs are just set to blank bytes sized to match the 256 bit key size.Â
Hint2: Cipher mode is CBC with PKSC7 padding FOR THE AES PORTION
Could anyone please help me? I'll share the prize with whoever can solve it.
