I bought this Miroir M20 on offer up for my niece for her birthday and its stuck on a blue page asking for activation code. I go to the website and it says not purchased at valid retailer. Can someone help me figure out the activation code so my niece can use it. Miroir M20 1001384984

Given It was purchased, the seller/retailer would've printed the 6 digit activation code on the receipt.

If the code doesn't work, address the Issue with whoever It was purchased through.

If you have legally obtained the object (bought it), which you have done, you could just contact customer support.
I'm pretty sure they can do something to reset the phone or give the activation code. Just explain your situation.
