CCC is an annual programming competition hosted by the University of Waterloo, one of the top CS schools in the world. I just wrote the contest today and got 60/75, which I'm happy with.
Unless you can register with a school, I don't think you can submit answers officially, but the questions are all really good practice. If the naming looks a little weird, it's because the last junior ("j") question is the same as the third senior one. I believe the test data (http://cemc.uwaterloo.ca/contests/past_c...s.html#ccc) will be available for public use after the international submission are closed.
The rules of the official contest are as follows:
1. You have three hours to complete as many junior or senior questions as you can
2. You can use any of C, C++, Python (2 or 3), Pascal, Java, Perl, and PHP to write your programs

It's often the outcasts, the iconoclasts ... those who have the least to lose because they
don't have much in the first place, who feel the new currents and ride them the farthest.
