Due to your Indecisiveness and questionability, you've answered your own question.
If your heart was hard-coded Into the concept, development and Implementation of the site, this thread wouldn't exist.
The answer to your question Is obvious.

Ask yourself a few questions, post them on here or just answer them yourself, don't matter.
Why did you start this site to begin with
What value does this site hold to you?
What is the 'goal' of your website? Do you have a mission statement or some shit? take Kickass Torrents, for example. You go to the website and right away they have 'Fast. Safe. Simple.
Likely the best way to download files.' along with a sizeable post about why you should use KAT and not some other torrent site.
what makes your site so special? Why should i use YOUR site, when I can just hop onto Pirate Bay and get whatever Anime I want there?
Are you genuinely interested and committed in the topic/goal of the site you created?
For instance, if you were to start a Blog (just because i'm experienced in this area), are you willing to keep writing 750+ word posts for months before you get any significant traffic? (like, less than 1K views/day), furthermore, any significant ad revenue (even at 1K traffic, doing respectable ad placement probably isn't going to net you more than a cent a day, at best), before you gain a following and are able to scale your audience?
do you have a target audience in mind? IE: who did you make this website for?
how do you plan to market/spread the word about the site. Forums? Blog? Email Spamming? Standing outside McDonalds in a Rias Gremory Cosplay with your site domain on your tits?
Think about those questions long and hard, and then you'll probably come across the answer yourself.
If you don't have any commitment/interest/passion, then you probably didn't have a plan to begin with and there is no point in continuing the website.
If you do have anykind of interest in continuing, create a plan, stick to your guts.
As a final tip, when the going gets tough stick to your guns/plans power through and keep reevaluating these questions/any others you may come up with.
