how my blog is looking it is upto  tellme what did you donot like in my blog.will google adsense will approved it or tell me some alternative of google adsense .i donot earn much from short links its better to find ads places .
i am not getting the feeling that google will approved it because it contain tools.

My IT skills that I know perfect is SQL, HTML ,css ,wordpress, PHP.
coding skills that I know is Java, JavaScript and C#

I'm just providing constructive advice from my personal standpoint.

A .com, .net or even .org domain extensions look a lot more professional, and Indexed a lot better. Also, .tk Impacts on SEO and Is very difficult to be on the first page of search engines. That aside, your blog looks very appealing.
