Question? What's the point scanning ISP IP Ranges?
Other than finding open ports and exploiting them what makes this different from using your own ISP ?

What you have there is useless. I have somewhere a file extracted from P2P Guardian (I think this is the name of the software) and include all police ip ranges from around the world and also companies that tries to gather P2P information.

To be quite honest, It's not very beneficial.

If It were full back-end access like this (one of hundreds of ISPs that I've compromised), then that's a different story altogether.

Its not a very useful thing to have. I'm sure it benefits some purposes, but for the most part its kinda useless. Now capturing an IP range on the backend would be quite something, although not very impressive. Just takes some massive fucking balls.

Is there anything you can really do with those IP’s? Not being sarcastic, just wanting to learn more about this.
I prefer the virtual world, just take a look around.
