Well, it seems Member of the Month died again after a few months around this time last year. Now that the rep situation has more or less balanced out again, I think would be good to bring MotM back again because it motivates HQ posting and helps distinguish the senior/HQ/active members of the forum.

I agree, id like to see this, does an award come with it? If not I'd like to see that too (a MotM award)

I find it funny how everyone always says YEAH LETS START IT AGAIN. and it always dies off. I like it and if it keeps active I think it could be a really good motivator for HQ posting and everything.

Evident of the podcast, I like to see things through, especially when they help the site.

I was actually going through the awards and wondered if it would become active again.

The debate can go two ways. One like previously before were everyone votes yes, it takes a trend and encourages some high quality posts and contributions to latch onto the members who wish to have a chance at obtaining it, which is well and good and helps members receive gratitude for their effort.

On the other hand, it depends heavily on the activity of the forum. Other members who have been here much longer than me can give you a better insight about this but I'm sure from previous experienced this award has taken different roads.

Overall, I would like to see this award come back, afterall more activity and events on-site will encourage a greater community and member base .

It may promote higher quality threads on the forums. I don't see any real issues for this.
