Is it possible to run a botnet where each computer has its own randomly generated ngrok whenever they come online and the ping master server. But this master server needs to be static right?

It's possible by using the ngrok reverse proxy service that can generate a large number of random subdomain names. It also makes it for Avs to to tell which ones are good and which ones are bad by just looking at the dns names. However, the master would have to be static.
