It actually pisses my off really badly when police aren't on their shit. When I got in trouble last year, they didn't confiscate anything, and had no proof that we did it. If we went to trial, we would have won, but trials are long and stressfull, so we settled for 100 hours community service and a 5 page essay.
I really hope you get off on a technicality.
