Did you read the following details?
Quote:Black Window III is a Torified+vpn system that provides strong anonymity and all tools with a custom made .ova file running within to use the tools safely
and anonymously. All apps traffic will go through Tor ! The user will be able to use Hacking Tools without to leave traces anywhere and through encrypted connection.
The idea was and is to run Black Window III in a very safe mode that cannot infect your running system accidentally from the use of the tools.
Black Window III new idea is a Torified>VPN Black Window System > Torified+VPN VMimage .ova with all tools pre-installed plus Aspis Linux Subsys(Aspis Linux is also a Torified Linux system that does not leave any traces because it can run live like tails and can also be installed to the hard disk)
this makes Black Window v3 one of the best Anonymity and Penetration Testing Distribution!

If it wouldve been like 3-4 months earlier, when I was
checking out distros for my new computer, I might have installed it.

NVM Is Non-Volatile Memory that basically allows faster transfer of data, so I don't see how It's preventing the VM from functioning.
If your hardware supports virtualization, you shouldn't have any Issues getting a VM up and running.
