Black Ops 2 Beginner Zombies Tips 04-21-2013, 01:25 AM

Hi everyone.
I have been playing zombies since the very beginning (World at War). These are just a few tips and tricks that I have learned over the years.
Please enjoy. ![Smile Smile](https://sinister.ly/images/smilies/set/smile.png)
1. Try your best to point whore. While in grief or survival, you need points. You don't want to be stuck on round 6/7 and not even have jug and a weapon (automatic wall weapon for example). Don't be lazy, try to kill as many zombies as you can. I know this isn't useful in Tranzit if you have points in the bank but for grief or other zombie maps, it's pretty important.
2. Automatic wall weapon first, jug second. Don't ever attempt to hit the box in the beginning of the game. You may end up with a SMR, RPG or War Machine then you will be screwed. Chances are, after the box fails you, you won't have enough points to get the MP5, Tommy Gun or AK74-U so now you are stuck with no jug and a crappy weapon.
3. Knifing is possibly one of the worst things to do. There are many vulnerabilities you're putting yourself in when you knife. You can be blown up from a fire zombie (zombie that walked into lava), hit from behind or end up getting cornered. Those last 2 are very likely to happen on the Jug stairs in Town or any circumstances where you're in a narrow space. There is also the chance of you being hit from behind while trying to knife the zombie in front of you.
4. Don't turn around and rape train in narrow areas, stairs for instance. It's easy to get cornered when you are turned around in a narrow area and zombies spawn behind you. Just keep pushing back to where you have a lot of room to move around.
5. Treat your teammates with respect. Zombies games will last longer and be more enjoyable if everyone is getting along. Don't be bitchy if you go down or have to revive your teammate. Zombies is a team game anyway.
Thanks for reading.
If you have any suggestions to share please let me know.
