So I was looking at bitcoin today and it's just crazy how much it's went up. I had like $115 in my wallet the other day and now I've got $140. I hope this train keeps going.

Anyways I was curious what you guys think about bitcoin and other alt coins. Do you think they will stay around for a long time or is it going to be short lived?

Definitely not short lived I believe it will get even stronger considering I bought my first Bitcoin five years ago at 650.00 and it's worth 3225.23 today I'd say it's a good investment and here for the long haul.

You are exactly right I have tried the smaller coins but are more trouble than they are worth.

Awesome to hear feedback. I made some money myself on Ethereum awhile back, I bought 3 coins at $38 and then like 2 months later sold them each for $150. Another month after that I saw them go up to like $330 and I was pissed that I sold so early, but at least I made some money. And yeah I totally agree that trading cryptos can be risky.

I saw that today bitcoin is almost $3,300, but I think it's just a bubble and within the week it will go back down to like 2700-2800. It's just awesome to see it go up so much and people make money like that.

I agree with that, when price increased that much, people will sell their coins for profit. Then market correction happen

A friend of mine invested $85,000 in Waves but I'd say they're a good investment overall.

If I could I would really invest my time into bitcoin as it's growing in value everyday. The only thing is that I need to find a way to get my hands on it and understand it.

Yeah I totally agree it is growing everyday. I mean I never thought it would break 2k. The other day I checked and it was like 3.2k which is crazy. Can you imagine the people who bought btc when it first came out and was dirt cheap, held it for the years? Now they are millionaires. This is what makes me want to invest into another crypto and hold it. I shall be looking.

I've been into altcoins lately, though bitcoin seems more stable (though it isn't near stable) than some other altcoins. You just have to know when to buy and when to sell and you're pretty much in.
