Although, we could equally argue every nation the virus reached after that didn't shut down nearly fast enough. My own country just let in the India variant. I'm not sure how many people have to die before a lesson is learned. But hey, that's another matter.
At least now the few good examples clearly stand out ! We'll see what we'll do with that information...
