Have been trying to contact GoDaddy Support for some days now for a refund but just discovered their customer support is totally inaccessible, live chat doesn't work, and their mobile lines ain't helpful either cos they are gonna tell you to wait for a support agent to attend to you and you will wait forever without anyone support agent attending to you and you know how expensive international calls can be, my call lasted over 15 minutes with no agent picking and i lost hope when i heard someone complain of calling support and waiting for over 40 minutes with no agent picking up 😥,
so anyone got ideas how best to contact GoDaddy Support ???
am totally pissed at the moment and if i can't get to contact them, am moving all my domains with them to Namecheap, they got far better support 😏

I actually called them late last night, just to test whether their customer service Is still the same over the phone. Although It took a little longer than expected, I did get through. Try calling at around 3am (your time), when the magnitude of calls Is significantly less.

Well i actually got to speak with them today on live chat, wait time about 20 minutes, and for some reasons, live chat seems more difficult with mobile devices, am happy at last 😎
