Getting a clean copy with updates can be difficult. Maybe a trusted user who has already has a clean download could share it to you so you don't have to stress looking around hoping for a clean file.

Get the Windows ISO from the Microsoft website, then torrent the updates themselves. The updates won't work unless they're signed by Microsoft if I recall
