I have mainly heard that you should just make your own. I would say that Mirai is overused way too much, but that's my opinion.

I completely forgot about DiamondFox. In fact, this very thread is making me wanna get into Botnets. Here's some screenshots of DiamondFox. If you wish for the download link just ask. Actually the site got taken down. At least I downloaded most of the good Botnets from them.
