What's the best boot loader for dual booting windows and Linux?

When I was dual booting in the past, I used rEFInd for its GUI. I think systemd-boot is preferred now if you want something simple.

The easiest is arguably GRUB for dual booting, nowadays a lot of people switch to rEFInd though since it's the favor of the "month".
systemd is 100% not a good choice for dual booting due to some oddities that it has.
