Not even close to MySQL WorkBench! This is the best! Remote database, installs as a program in Linux without Apache. Handles everything sophisticated you can imagine that phpMyAdmin has never matured into.

I've only used PhpMyAdmin so far. I don't know if it's the best, but it does its job, and it seems to be the most popular around...
