I wonna ask of its possible to create and open batch files on a Linux.
Cause I just bought a new system but I have no windows OS' anymore so i installed linux. (I know you can use hacked versions but i wonna learn to work on linux)

its called bash.
Windows - Batch
Linux - Bash

-If you make a program on linux can you open it on windows and in reverse?

no - Batch/Bash aren't programming languages
