So I found this file dump and improved it and decided to upload it here. What does the backdoor do? Well its coded with batch and it first ask for admin then it pretends to scan for viruses and then cleans them but really it installs the backdoor. You use the backdoor when you are at the login screen in windows and hit shift 3 time and a command prompt will open with admin, you know what to do from here. Ah, I think I remember this. If I recall, I believe you hit shift five times since it takes place of the Sticky Keys.

It's 5 times and this will open the Sticky Keys window. To enable the Command Prompt, you need to alter a few files. I'll only demonstrate Windows 10.

Boot from a bootable Windows disc, navigate to the Recovery Environment > Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Command Prompt and go to the "C:\Windows\System32" directory. Locate the "sethc.exe" file. This Is the file that actually opens the Sticky Keys window. Rename It to whatever you like. Next, find "cmd.exe", make a copy and rename It to "sethc.exe". Sticky keys will now be associated with the sethc.exe file (which Is In fact the "cmd.exe" file, but It's simply been renamed).

As such, when you hit the Shift key 5 times, the Command Prompt will open Instead of the Sticky Keys.
