I've hacked together a ligthweight account checker.
It is not yet ready to handle big lists of logins, due to a lack of multithreading, but if there is a demand there soon will be.

Currently supported login-checkers:
-Google
-Facebook
-Wordpress

Let me know if you have any suggestions for further sites to check.
And before every single response is the same: Yes, Paypal will be the next to be implemented!
