For data over a Tb on size, I use either my OwnCloud-based server or some cheaper S3, depending on my goals. Once before, I preferred the Wasabi cloud, but for corporate-level data, I use Amazon S3 in junction with Handy Backup.

Do you also perform backups locally?

Personally, I prefer my sensitive data stored within the confines of my own home- multiple external SSDs. Of course, It's encrypted with (triple-layer) AES Twofish Serpent.
