My friend and I decided to start playing old school runescape since its free. He was all up for it and so was I. I miss being able to double hundreds of hours into a game and still feel satisfied while grinding stupid simple tasks. Its for sure one of Runescape's great achievements is to make those monotonous tasks, seem rewarding.

I logged into my account and forgot I had membership on OS for a bit and botted the hell out of it after being chain banned on RS3.. I played legit for about 12 hours and then my friend decided it was a bad idea for him to start playing because he remembered why he hated the game so much in the first place. He never played very much to begin with apparently.

Now, I'm botting again but only to provide income and get to where my actual account used to be. I'm being very picky with what world I am in and who is around me. When it comes to botting, there is generally safety in security. I say that because you're more likely to believe that someone is botting if you see them along rather than 15 people standing on top of each other on a fishing dock all doing that same task.

It's true, Jagex have really stepped up the mark when it comes to bot detection, that being said with the rising price of the game (now £7 a month in the UK) it's not worth it, I remember when it used to be half the price.

Won't be long before RS is dead.
