I suppose the Giver award could be biased, but every other member has an equal chance of being able to get it. Almost all of the awards I suggested do not pertain to me.

I just suggest them as they approach my mind

If only the Supreme Anarchy Forums Administrator actually like the idea of adding new, HQ, and fun awards...

I don't see any downside in adding some of these, like the tutorial awards. They would only encourage HQ behaviour.
