If you use Reddit, there is a subreddit called r/slavelabor. It basically for people who want a quick buck for simple tasks like an avatar. You likely won't get it for free, but you won't pay much. Just be careful of scams. There is also Fiverr, where you can easily get an avatar for about 10 bucks. If you can get it for free, do it, but I think you might have a hard time finding someone
