Way better than your first, the colors seem kinda dull, but its a good start!

It's looking pretty good man, but there's a few things you can tweak on it. For instance the text towards the bottom could use some spacing and alignment not to mention the text in the two packages just doesn't fit. As well the tags in the packages look like they were just scaled horribly.
oh yeah and the text on the top looks bad

Looks very nice for a second attempt. Honestly there are a few things that really stand out to me though that are not all too great. When looking at the thread design on a sharper display everything about it seems a bit pixelated to me. Also the shade of purple used for the text "Jay's" doesn't necessarily fit the rest of the image at all and is a tad bit conflicting with the image behind it. Also the skype and paypal logos seem a bit stretched making them pixelated (Especially the skype one). I also don't think the red text that reads "Server hosting" has a necessary color that blends with the rest of the image what so ever. It also looks as if the header image and text has an odd texture applied that looks especially noticeable and unappealing on the purple'ish text. Now moving on to the footer, the logos on each side of the divider don't horizontally line up with eachother which looks odd. Also I feel like the images as well as text besides them would look much better if they were shifted down by a small increment. With the current location the paypal logo nearly conflicts with the text above it and looks unfitting especially with all the space below it. There's a bit more I could say but I think for the most part those are what's important.
