I was wondering if there is such thing as a firewall or antivirus that can trace-log the attackers ip's-if bot- or could actually dos back if needed?

Not entirely sure what you are asking here, but if some routers have a log if you login on them (or there should at least be an option for that). You could check if there is something you need in the logs. If your pc is "being attacked" you can always catch packets through Wireshark though you'll have to learn a bit about it first because it can be overwhelming when you're not that good with IP stuff.

Setup an IDS/IPS, whereby It monitors all trusted devices on your network and displays an array of Information pertaining to potential and real-time attacks.

Using malware scanner you may receive an alert that you have been infected. You can check your site weather its affected from malware.
This is the preferred method of discovering a hack because it usually has the shortest time between getting infected and discovery.
You will usually receive this alert via email, so it is important to keep a close eye on alerts from your websites.
It will provide valid answer your afraid whether your site is hacked from malware.
