According to this article, we won't be expecting Season 2 for a little while yet. I believe the game has been released today but no news on the exact date for the second season. Some sources suggest the first quarter of this year, and others suggest July-September. It has been confirmed for 2016 at least!

There is also some debate about season 2 being it's final season in the show. Those who have read the manga - do you think this is likely? It has been suggested that the plot would need to be drastically altered for them to make an ending that soon.

I don't care about the hype. I love that show. I didn't watch it for so long thanks to hype but then tried it and thought it was great. There a lot of things in it that appealed to my tastes in anime.

Yeah, most live actions are shit, but I heard the Attack On Titan one was fine.

What they often do is, mix up the events in the plot. Rather than following the first part of the story as it goes in the show, it's all completely muddled up. I felt cheated of a lot of really good parts of the story. It also meant they had to change the characters in part. It felt all wrong. I think I may have liked it otherwise.
