This is another one of those series that I'd say that the manga succeed far more than the anime, though the anime isn't bad by any measure. I'd recommend it to anime only watchers, for the regular otaku, I'd recommend the manga over the anime. (Personal opinion.)

Yes, the manga is much better. I am reading that as well, though I'm sure not many people on here actually read much manga.

It's pretty great. One of the few new anime series worth watching in my opinion. I'm currently on season 2 and it has made it list to my favorites.
