A few years ago, I would have thought it was not necessary. But I have doubts for the actual times. I never got hacked, but I understand our datas are clearly a problem if they are lost.
I was interested by the avast american plan which contains a box filter that works for all the devices connected to the box. It has an efficient parental control on it, and it became an important thing for me now I have kids.
