Apple silently raises price of iPad Pros #1
To start, I think making the iPad Pro was a stupid idea in the first place.
On top of that, it costs too much in the first place... Close to the price of some of the Macbooks.
Then, raising the price like this...

1,149$ for the 512GB? Ridiculous. I could purchase a pretty respectable lappy for less than that.

The IPad Pro Is just that- an IPad. I can't justify the price Increase for a device of that nature.

This is where Microsoft comes in with the Surface Pro 3 and shitty keyboard. (don't get it, bad keyboard and the device breaks quickly)

Yes, I've heard and read reports similar to what you're saying here.

I don't own any Tables, IPads etc. For my line of computing, I need speed and responsiveness.

Apple is just as evil as Microsoft, if not more so and give no shits about consumers, they are losing massive shares in the asian markets and their new icrap phone is getting rid of the home button, what else are they going to remove? How about they just start selling a piece of glass glued to a piece of aluminum and call it innovation and charge $5k for it. Microsoft might be horrible on many aspects but at least they do have divisions that give a damn.

To be honest, I think getting rid of the home button if fine if you can make a good software alternative.

This is what bothers me: "The iPhone X is pronounced 'iPhone ten,' suggesting the smartphone line will skip over the ninth iteration entirely. "
Where is the logic in that? Apparently, Apple does it with every product: https://www.inverse.com/article/36380-wh...r-iphone-9

Dumbest naming convention ever.

I can't really say anything because I am a huge XBox fan and they went from Xbox to XBox360 to XBox1 (not including the revised midyear re-releases under a new name)

At least it follows random naming. But... 'Lets skip 9, make 8 a re-branded 7, and pronounce X as 10' is terrible.

It's worse than Windows 8.1->10, Vista->7, 3.1->95, and Xbox 360 -> 1.

But yeah, they all suck.
