Just download Tor onto a USB and run it in school. It'll take a while to load up but then you'll have a secure connection that your school cannot block.

What are you intending to do with this proxy? I can link you to my personal one (my own site) which isn't blocked/firewalled by any school depending on what you're intending to use it for.
