i know this is the wrong place, but does anyone do electrical engineering like that pussy arduino shit, or that real hardcore IC logic
EDIT: not asking for people do do shit or help me, just looking to discuss

I've done some Arduino, a bunch of x86 ASM (although this doesn't really count), made a tiny 1-inch drone/quadcopter...
I haven't done a ton, but it's better than nothing. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

that quadcopter sounds neat! i could do a quadcopter but no way I could make it 1 inch

I was gonna add a camera, but then my soldering iron destroyed the main board... RIP 'junebug' :/
rip ;_;
do you do surface mount soldering? i'm practicing slowly, waiting for my flat head tips to come in the mail

I've been wanting to get into it for a while, and I honestly can start out better with ICs just cause I've learned more about them in the past. Maybe I'll get into it

Most I've done is hooked up a solar panel to a cheap switch to a lithium battery that I cannibalized from a portable charger. (It needed a switch. Battery had a leak proboem. That's probably why it was $3) and you can charge a USB device. (Assuming the lithium battery is big enough for said device)
I do want to get into other things. My neighbor builds microprocessors for a living so I learn small tips and tricks from him.
EDIT: He doesn't make them. He modifies them for the company. The company makes them then sends him a few to modify to see if he can improve. Or some shit. I just hear microprocessor are complex af

that's sort of what I want to do. As much as I like programming, that IC repair shit brings in those b i g b u c k s
